Effect of Drip Fertigation with Nitrogen on Yield and Nutritive Value of Melon Cultivated on a Very Light Soil

Most species of Cucurbitaceae respond favorably to irrigation, especially when combined with fertilizers. Drip fertigation, comparing control, notably improved yields nutritional fruits. Seledyn produced better than Melba. This study shows that soil, low water nutrient retention capacity, should be drip-irrigated nitrogen-fertigated obtain best cultivation results.
